This eSecure LABS agreement – Terms of Use is a contract between you and eSecure LABS - Forensic Services website. 'eSecure LABS Forensic Services' is an organization registered with Govt of India under its respective domain of 'Research & Consulting' and complying with all the guidelines and adhering all the 'Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). MSME Registration No: UDYAMUP-17-012070.

Information/Suggestions You Submit

Any content you submit to eSecure LABS or the Platform, through a "contact us" mechanism/email/calls/chats/affiliates & channel partners or otherwise, will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will not be returned. You agree that eSecure LABS is free to use any ideas or concepts you submit to us for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services; and creating informational articles, without any kind of payment to you. Intellectual Property Rights

We 'eSecure LABS - Forensic Services' are the owner of or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and our Service, and in the material published on it (excluding your Contributions). Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use any content on our site in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Compliance with Statutory Provisions

When supplying your content you are obliged to comply with all the applicable laws and other legislation of the European Union GDPR Regulations GDPR, the U.S Federal Trade Commission FTC and The Indian Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 ("PDPB"). If you infringe the above-mentioned principles we are entitled to give you a warning or to temporarily block your user account or to cancel the user contract for a good cause in accordance with these terms of service

Customer or User Feedback

You agree that submission of any ideas, suggestions, and/or proposals to the eSecure LABS through its suggestion, feedback, wiki, forum or similar pages (“Feedback”) is at your own risk and that eSecure LABS has no obligations (including without limitation, obligations of confidentiality) with respect to such Feedback. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the Feedback and you hereby grant to eSecure LABS a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, fully sublicense able right and license to use, copy, display, publish, modify, remove, publicly perform, translate, create derivative works, distribute and/or otherwise use such Feedback.
